Queen’s Park Academy takes the trust values of Integrity, Ambition, and Excellence very seriously. They underpin the routines, the curriculum, and is the aim for all pupils.The school culture is one in which the highest expectations surround all pupils, delivering on families’ demand for excellent educational opportunities.

Pupils are expected to work very hard to meet the high expectations that the school and parents have of them. The aim is that pupils who come to Queens’s Park Academy break through any barriers and achieve their full potential 

At Queen’s Park Academy everyone follows the Golden Rules. These are displayed all over the school and there are regular assemblies that focus on them. The children are rewarded for showing behaviours linked to the golden rules: Be Kind, Be Safe and Be ready to learn. 

The school’s work is subject to “the Sophie test” – named after the daughter of the founder of Advantage Schools - which means, simply, “if it isn’t good enough for our own children, it isn’t good enough.”
